Minim Mailchimp Form
It takes some time to connect a Webflow form to Mailchimp, so to save some time I've done all the steps excepted snagging the Action URL from your embed code. Theres direction at the bottom of the page and a link to the complete set-up guide from Webflow.
...but really you should use Flodesk, because Mailchimp is bogus.
